The prime colors of jewelry to wear for each season
There's something about how the changing seasons can influence our moods, energy, and even our jewelry. It’s about embracing the uniqueness each season brings and choosing colors that match the mood and the season. Ever wonder about which shades will elevate your look all year long? I’m going to share my secrets on this topic with you!
🌸 Spring - Refreshing & Revitalizing
Spring is all about renewal, growth, and bright beginnings and that energy should totally be reflected in your jewelry. This could even be a time to get some new jewelry if you’re really looking for some new beginnings. This is the season to go for soft pastels, vibrant florals, and earthy tones.
- Soft Pinks and Lavenders: These colors are light and airy, making everything look fresh and breezy. Plus, these two pastel colors go hand in hand if you’re looking for a new look without being obnoxious.
- Mint Green: A gorgeous pastel green is soothing yet uplifting. Ahhhhh. Talk about a refreshed color!
- Light Blues: Light blue is both calm and energizing, making it perfect for the season when everything starts to bloom.
- Soft Yellows: This ones a cheerful, optimistic color that instantly lifts your spirits! If the brightest spring callings could be a color this is the one!
You can pair pastels with neutrals like cream or taupe for more of a soft, gentle and pure look. Or go for a more playful look mixing vibrant shades and florals.
☀️ Summer: Bold, Bright and Full of Life
This is the season to be playful, tropical and draw attention. Allow your jewelry to pop with color and energy.
- Gold: This one will leave that bold impression you're seeking. From chunky bracelets to layered necklaces, to stacked bangles. Gold makes a bold statement.
- Yellow: Be ready to pop and bring pure joy! These colors are fun and scream warm summer days.
- Pearls: These are such a classic! A dainty pearl just adds so much elegance while being light and fresh. Which is what you want in the summer!
When pairing I would advise going for layered necklaces or stackable bracelets and dangling earrings in the summer. Bold and effortless!
🍁 Fall: Neutral & Earthy
Pull out those rich, warm tones and the comfortable pieces that are oh so charming!
- Copper & Bronze: Its time to bring out those pieces that embrace the season’s coziness and deep shades do just that! If you have any neutral colored jewelry. This is the time of year to be sophisticated, chic and timeless.
- Deep Reds & Wine: Lets get deep shades of red, like burgundy or wine. How classy! This is another good one that brings sophistication and even mysteriousness.Bringing in those who are interested to want to know more about you!
- Olive & Forest Green: What a way to bring nature tones into your jewelry box. This is a good one for a deeper shade that makes you feel warm and cozy and yet so elegant but presenting a calm look and feel.
Layering is key for the fall. Don't be afraid to mix and match some layers, but don’t overdo it. Just maintain that calm and cool look that brings warmth and comfort.
❄️ Winter: Classy with Elegance
Winter colors are so elegant, sophisticated, and bring the kind of beauty that is gentle. It’s a time to wear sleek shades that reflect the quiet stillness of the season while still being chic.
- Black: Always a top choice during winter. It’s sleek, elegant, and effortlessly stylish. Black never lets you down in the winter.
- Deep Emerald & Sapphire: Luxurious colors that just speak volume! Deep colors like these bring all the holiday feelings and are perfect for a holiday party. Such a favorite!
- Gray & Charcoal: A winter neutral that is so chic! Layering these colors are sleek and classy and won’t let you down.
Winter time is more simple yet elegant and the deep shades and sparkles are a great choice. Remember sleek, chic and sophisticated!
