Most pieces are exchangeable for store credit with 14 days of your delivery date. Earrings are non returnable for sanitary reasons. 

All pieces must be unworn, undamaged, with the original packaging for store credit.  Please send an email to nicole@forlaynyajewelry.com to initiate the exchange.  

Customers are responsible for the charges of return shipping.

All custom ordered pieces, earrings, sale items and wholesale orders are excluded from exchanges.
