SHIPPING FAQs

All orders are processed during business hours of Monday- Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Each item is carefully handcrafted one at a time.  If an item is ready and assembled, it can and will be shipped out immediately.

During high seasons, orders may take up to 4 business days to process.

Custom order creation and timeline can be discussed via email at nicole@forlanya.com.

All items are shipped via USPS with tracking number, unless upgraded shipping is added during checkout.

Once the item is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number.

An additional email will be sent upon delivery.

PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED

While having a package lost, damaged or stolen is upsetting, Forlanya Jewelry cannot be held accountable.

Incorrect addresses can result in lost packages.  Please ensure your address is entered correctly.

Each domestic package is sent with a tracking number.  If the item has been delivered to the shipping address the customer provided at checkout, Forlanya Jewelry is not responsible for the loss.
