Jewelry for casual outings and more comfort
Casual outings are all about comfort and ease. You don’t want to look overdressed but you do want to add some shine here and there. I go for the pieces I know won't give me discomfort especially if I know I’ll be wearing them for a while.
Brunches or Daytime Outings: Simple and classic jewelry works best for casual events like brunch or shopping. I’d go with stud earrings, delicate chains, or stackable rings or stackable bangles that are not too loud. Another good casual touch would be a watch - casual with class.
Outdoor Outings or Beach Days | Think of simple, strong pieces that can handle some wear and tear and still come out beautiful! I recommend pieces that are WATERPROOF and TARNISH FREE! A pair of studs, a casual bracelet that is more simple and not too dangly, or a charm necklace are great options.
Professional and Classy
When selecting jewelry for work or business events, it’s important to keep the vibe professional, polished, and subtle.
Office Wear | Go for simple but classy. I would go for thin necklaces, and a pretty charm bracelet or even bangles. Avoid anything too large or distracting, a big no would be chunky rings, necklaces, or earrings . A good rule of thumb is to choose one piece to stand out. Go for a dainty pendant necklace or a delicate pair of earrings and keep the rest subtle.
Business Dinners and/or Meetings | This doesn’t have to be as subtle as in the office but aim for sophistication and simplicity. A pair of elegant drop earrings or a classic watch can be perfect and so classy! Throw in a simple pendant necklace too because why not!
Remember, Jewelry is an extension of your personality, and wearing the right pieces for any occasion can leave a lasting impression and complement your whole look. So next time you head out, make sure to remember these tips and double check your jewelry that you have on and have it complement the event, elevate your outfit, and your confidence will radiate the room!
